Description
"Every Day Of My Life" by Marcin Ignac, a visualization of his computer usage statistics from 2.5 years, presented at the Click festival in Helsingør, Denmark. Each horizontal line represents one day, and each colorful block is the most foreground application running at that moment — creating a striped timeline where patterns of work, communication, browsing, and creative software are visible at a glance. Ignac used an app called Tapper to silently track his active application at all times. Repeating daily rhythms emerge: morning email, midday coding, evening browsing. Ignac is a creative coder based in Prague, known for generative art and data visualization work, and a co-creator of the creative coding framework pex.
