Interactive experience design by Local Projects studio, founded by Jake Barton in 2002 in New York City. The studio specializes in museum installations, public space interactives, and community engagement platforms that combine physical and digital experiences. Notable projects include the National September 11 Memorial Museum (the interactive tables, timelines, and "Tribute in Light" interface), the Cleveland Museum of Art's Gallery One (a 40-foot multitouch wall for exploring the collection), and the Cooper Hewitt's Pen (an interactive stylus for engaging with the design collection).
