Description
Digital art project by Boris Müller, a German interaction designer and professor of interaction design at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam (FH Potsdam). The website c42.de hosted experimental projects exploring the intersection of design, code, and visual culture — including digitally manipulated found photographs and generative image compositions. Müller is best known for his long-running series of conference poster designs for the "Poetry on the Road" international literature festival in Bremen, where each year from 2002 to 2014 he used a different algorithmic approach to transform the text of participating poets into unique visual compositions. The series became a canonical example of generative design in education.
